Members present: Chariperson Macro, Commissioner Fitzpatrick, Commissioner Pitcock,
Members absent: Commissioner Burnham, Commissioner Futtner
Alternates present: Commissioner Jennings, Commissioner Klein
Alternates absent: Commissioner Oates
Chairperson Macro appointed Commissioner Jennings as a full member acting for Edwina Futtner. Commissioner Klein was appointed as a full member acting for Bruce Burnham.
3. READING OF LEGAL NOTICE:
Chairperson Macro read the legal notice that appeared in the Journal Inquirer
4. PRESENTATION OF APPLICATIONS FOR CERTIFICATE OF APPROPRIATENESS:
Proposal by Carol Shephard for new steps, handrail and door handle (Lever Type) for the East Windsor Hill Post Office
Design details and materials for all these features were discussed.
The applicants were amenable to use a brass door handle, a wrought iron hand rail, and non-precast stairs.
